Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused and unopened.
- It remains in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is provided.
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used supplements, hair care products, fragrances, coffee, and beverages cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Refund Process
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are not eligible for return:
- Opened supplements and vitamins
- Opened hair care products
- Opened fragrances
- Opened coffee and beverage products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our mistake, a defective product, or shipping damage, MiPureHealth will cover the return shipping cost.
For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly delivered products, subject to product availability.
