For any product exchanges, requests must be made online via our official channels, including Instagram, Facebook, our website, or email. Please note that no assistance will be provided at physical stores for exchanges or returns. Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be entertained.
- To process an exchange, customers must provide the original invoice, a clear image of the product, and the customer’s name and contact details. If the original invoice cannot be provided, the exchange request will be dismissed.
- Products must be returned in their original, unused condition, with the seal intact. No returns or exchanges will be accepted if the product is used, damaged, or if its seal is broken.
Important: There will be no cash refunds for any exchange or return of products, except in cases where a product is proven to be fake.
We urge customers to thoroughly check the QR/barcode and expiry date before finalizing their purchase. Claims related to these aspects will not be accepted once the product leaves our premises.
Additionally, no exchange or return requests will be entertained for products purchased during promotions or sales. Issues related to allergies, gastric problems, digestive issues, bloating, headaches, or constipation are also not grounds for returns or exchanges.
